Short Description

A briefing followed by an hour long introduction to sailing with the skipper. Then, left to themselves, the teams clash in the regatta. The skipper is always in the background ensuring fair play and security.

Objective

To develop cohesion among the participants through an enriching experience including some great moments and quality relationships. To direct everyone’s actions in order to improve team performance.
