In the morning, strategy and definition of the objectives. The afternoon is dedicated to the sailing regatta and implementation of the adopted method. The end of the day is spent on feedback with a debriefing and application to your professional life.
Objective
To identify analogies between our work as a team and that of the crew and the possible links between a sailing regatta and the collective performance of a business.
