Motivating colleagues is obligatory for effective functioning and prosperity of a business.
The goal of Team Spirit is to suggest activities that allow participants to enjoy themselves in order to get to know each other. Our Team Spirit activities let you create or maintain good team cohesion in a friendly environment.
This sharing and exchange of ideas allows for a quality relationship while living as a team. For everyone it contributes to the discovery and appreciation of one’s work colleagues regardless of seniority in a non-professional context.
Team building

Team Building consists of a conglomerate of strategic actions. Its goal is to improve the team’s cohesion and functioning, to define the roles and responsibilities of its members and to increase the potential of each member in order to improve performance. The objective is to build relationships and open communication between the team members in order to become a more effective, creative, and productive team.
Our rapid, consistent method allows teams to develop the skills necessary to effectively resolve different problems in an environment that forces them to act differently than usual.

Team training
To integrate all phases of the identification process and resolve problems and implement new strategies.
Team Training is a training program. It incorporates demand analysis, the definition of specific goals as well as constant and post-training evaluation in order to confirm goal achievement.
This program develops team cohesion and other areas linked to its functioning:
- Leadership and decision-making
- Internal communication and conflict management
- Strategic development and application
- Interpersonal relationships and definition of values
- Change management
The pedagogic method used is “training in action.” This method allows participants to develop their own team work skills while developing everyone's involvement and responsibility in particular.
The goal is to create connections and applicable methods in the work environment using real-life experiences.
Our approach asks participants to perform exercises as a team that stimulate and use three aspects of human potential: mental, physical and emotional.
The participants are made aware of the ways of functioning as individuals aswell as a team in the different learning phases of team cohesion.
