Our 100th FRESCO Team Building

In the past 6 years, more than 2,500 people participated in the Teamway Team Building activity ‘FRESCO’ (around 100 different companies with different groups from 15 to 35 people).

Participants who have taken part in the team building workshops are from economic sectors and are of various professions and hierarchical levels.

The idea of FRESCO is to create a giant fresco with as many panels as there are participants. The activity requires no skill in painting, success is mainly due to good communication, exchange of information and cooperation between participants.

Links, transfers and metaphors with professional reality are relevant and easy to see. The Fresco is a great reflection of how the group works together and following the activity Teamway facilitators can carry out a debriefing session, a look back at the experience picking out key factors.

The concept of the Team Building FRESCO is to promote the envolvement of each participant whilst seeking to achieve a common goal, it avoids certain people taking a back seat and most of all, competition among employees.

It is worth noting that 100% of the 2,500 people played an active role in the interactive development and the realization of a FRESCO.
