There is no organization without governance, and there are as many organizations as there are types of governance. However, two distinct trends can be observed.<\/p>\n
The first aims to improve profitability and increase the overall value of the company, with little regard for stakeholders. More participatory, the second takes into consideration the interests of all organizational stakeholders in the implementation of structures and decision-making.<\/p>\n
Our support consists of facilitating teams in adopting several tools that promote the implementation and application of collaborative and inclusive governance<\/b>. Some are already known, and perhaps you already use them. Others, very powerful but more confidential, originate from Shared Governance.<\/p>\n
Many teams operating in a hierarchical or horizontal mode have already successfully adopted these governance tools, as they generate multiple benefits such as increased engagement and efficiency<\/b>.<\/p>\n
These teams collaborate autonomously and evolve without constraints within a traditional structure. Due to their mindset, they demonstrate exemplary behavior and generate enthusiasm among other departments within their organization. They generate a positive dynamic<\/b> and evolve in an environment conducive to listening, communication, and exchange<\/b>.<\/p>\n
We facilitate the adoption of one or more tools during a single intervention. Indeed, as some processes complement each other perfectly, it is sometimes more judicious to work on them simultaneously rather than separately.<\/p>\n
During our workshops at TeamLab, several of these tools are put into practice. Whether it’s a participatory meeting, the practice of Collective Intelligence, or the establishment of a Purpose, collaborative tools are systematically adopted.<\/p>\n
