The objectives that we mention for each activity are not exhaustive. Depending on how you want your event to be managed, it is possible to adapt the team building<\/strong>\u00a0activities<\/strong>, i<\/strong>n order to accomplish your team\u2019s personal objectives.<\/p>\n

Skills & Performance<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Each activity targets specific personal and interpersonal skills that are fundamental in a perfectly functioning team. Our team building activities<\/strong> are easily adapted, developed and changed according to the professional skills and performance goals your business would like to improve.<\/p>\n

Programs<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The different programs that we offer are ideally suited to the development of Team Building<\/a>. Depending on your chosen direction our team building activities<\/strong> can be adapted to suit an additional program.<\/p>\n

Location<\/strong><\/h2>\n

If you aren\u2019t particular about where your event is held we can offer a choice of locations to hold our teambuilding activities<\/strong>. Our transport expenses in Geneva and the surrounding area are included as part of the package.<\/p>\n

Weather<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In case of weather conditions jeopardising the security of participants and in-turn not allowing the realisation of your team building events<\/strong>, a few days before Teamway<\/a> is able to offer a choice of a replacement activity.<\/p>\n

Duration<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The duration indicates the average time necessary to complete one of our team building<\/strong> activities<\/strong>. However, depending on your agenda, it is possible to adapt the content.<\/p>\n

Participants<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The number of people mentioned in this summary is an average estimate. Nevertheless, in our team building events<\/strong>, we regularly have groups between 200 and 800 participants as well as small groups.<\/p>\n

Price<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Rates are calculated before tax. They are calculated on a basic service, taking into account the number participating as mentioned above. Depending on the timing of the team building events<\/strong>, the prices may be readjusted in your favour.<\/p>\n

Les comp\u00e9tences et comportements li\u00e9s \u00e0 la pratique de l\u2019activit\u00e9 peuvent s\u2019adapter, \u00e9voluer ou changer selon les objectifs que vous aurez d\u00e9finis tout en restant coh\u00e9rent pour effectuer les transferts avec la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 professionnelle.<\/p>

Les activit\u00e9s propos\u00e9es conviennent id\u00e9alement au(x) programme(s) indiqu\u00e9(s): Team Building ou Team Spirit. Selon l\u2019orientation donn\u00e9e, l\u2019activit\u00e9 peut \u00eatre adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 un programme compl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p>

Si vous n\u2019avez pas d\u2019emplacement sp\u00e9cifique o\u00f9 r\u00e9aliser votre \u00e9v\u00e9nement, nous vous proposons un choix de lieux permettant d\u2019effectuer nos activit\u00e9s. Nos frais de d\u00e9placements sur Gen\u00e8ve et environs sont inclus dans les prestations.<\/p>

Lorsque les pr\u00e9visions m\u00e9t\u00e9o, pour des raisons de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, ne permettent pas de r\u00e9aliser votre \u00e9v\u00e8nement, quelques jours avant nous vous proposons en lieu et place le choix d\u2019une autre activit\u00e9.<\/p>

Dur\u00e9e<\/strong><\/h2>

La dur\u00e9e indique le temps moyen n\u00e9cessaire pour pratiquer l\u2019une ou l\u2019autre de nos activit\u00e9s. Cependant, selon votre agenda, il est possible d\u2019adapter le contenu en fonction de vos disponibilit\u00e9s.<\/p>
