In organizations, the expectations of managers and employees are evolving. Today the question is no longer “How to work?”, but “Why work?”. <\/p>\n
For those seeking answers to this question, we offer a workshop on Awareness<\/strong> of Collective Intelligence<\/strong>, which includes a Team Cohesion<\/strong> exercise.<\/p>\n The objective of this workshop is to understand<\/strong>, explore<\/strong>, and experience<\/strong> what Collective Intelligence is.<\/p>\n To make this training lively, meaningful, and interactive, we offer three specific and complementary pedagogical approaches:<\/p>\n Collective Intelligence is not a specific tool but rather a sustainable process. The first intervention is dedicated to understanding<\/strong> through theoretical input:<\/strong> <\/p>\n A significant portion of the morning allows us to explore<\/strong> two tools perfectly suited to the day’s theme:<\/p>\n In sub-groups and guided by facilitators, participants familiarize themselves with the basic concepts of these tools by actively participating in practical exercises<\/strong> based on real situations.<\/p>\n The afternoon is devoted to a major group activity. Teams can experience<\/strong> Collective Intelligence through one of our Team Cohesion activities. <\/p>\n This situational exercise<\/strong> allows participants to have experiences highlighting the development and application of Collective Intelligence. In a safe environment, the postures, skills, and attitudes worked on during the morning are put into practice during this activity. <\/p>\n A debriefing concludes this training, to allow each individual to express the feelings and emotions experienced during this day.<\/p>\n Following this Awareness<\/em><\/strong> workshop, you and your team will be convinced of the need to increase Collective Intelligence within your organization.
