Having been active in event management for nearly ten years before Teamway’s creation, Christian Crettaz and Steve Muskens came to the same conclusion: the team building activities offered at the time often lacked meaning and ultimately provided little real added value to teams.
Determined to do things differently, they founded Teamway, a team building agency specializing in the design and facilitation of meaningful cohesion activities. The agency was officially registered with the commercial registry on December 22, 2005.
Over the years, they refined their team building interventions and developed new ones, always guided by the same ambition: to foster awareness through stimulating and meaningful experiences.
However, Christian and Steve quickly felt a sense of frustration. While they successfully raised teams’ awareness of their strengths and vulnerabilities, they wanted to go further: to be able to concretely support them in developing their potential.
Each thus embarked on a journey of varied training, allowing them to gradually expand their offerings. Christian was the first to develop training programs within Teamway. Steve then established a facilitation service, before finally adding coaching support.
This evolution of services has always been guided by the same initial intention: to help teams fully develop their potential. Even today, Teamway’s philosophy remains unchanged: to engage, delve, explore, investigate, and train… with a clear and unique objective: to design concrete and sustainable solutions for its clients.
