About Teamway
Founded in 2005 in Geneva by Christian Crettaz and Steve Muskens, Teamway is an agency specializing in training, coaching, collective intelligence facilitation, and corporate team building. Beyond our technical expertise, what distinguishes us and fuels our creativity is the passion and enthusiasm we instill within our team.
After several years dedicated to designing and leading team building activities, we sought to broaden our scope. We explored collaborative solutions that combine agility, performance, and individual commitment. This is how, in recent years, we have developed our training, coaching, and collective intelligence facilitation services, in parallel with our team building activities.
