Collaborative Meetings = Meeting Efficiently

Collaborative meetings are essential for the smooth functioning of organisations and the life of teams. Many decisions and actions are initiated at such meetings. It is therefore essential to optimise the commitment of each person in order to be as efficient as possible.

Context

There are many ways to meet. In the majority of cases, meetings struggle to satisfy all participants, and what is decided and produced becomes difficult to implement. Our experience in conducting collaborative meetings has led us to encourage an atypical approach that is perfectly suited to today’s challenges.

Our intervention, Meeting Efficiently, takes place in several phases. We take on the roles of trainer, facilitator and coach in order to guarantee the transfer and anchoring of good practices. The tools, methods and postures are adapted to your needs, in order to offer you a tailor-made solution.
