2013 will be a year of adaptation, evolution, and change for Teamway.

Our expertise, acquired over recent years, reinforces our belief that it is desirable and even essential to add value to our interventions. To this end, we have developed tools to capitalize on the experience gained by teams during their participation in our team building activities.

On numerous occasions, we have observed the benefits a group gains from a debriefing led by Teamway. This step gives meaning to each individual’s involvement in the exercise and allows for transfers to professional reality.

Currently, this approach is not systematically requested by our clients because it incurs additional costs. We therefore plan to remedy this by integrating this basic service into our costs.

By the second quarter of 2013, we will offer various options for conducting a team building activity. These will incorporate higher levels of involvement and more ambitious objective-setting. These services will be complementary to our basic offering and can be purchased separately.

Furthermore, we are working on developing a specific TEAMWAY training program. It will help define the typology of an ideal team in a given situation. This innovative training will normally be available during the first half of 2013.

Our guiding principle remains “learning by doing,” which we will approach in several variations. The different levels of involvement for developing teamwork will always be based on a fun activity to be carried out together.
