Six centuries BCE, Heraclitus already stated: “Nothing is permanent except change.”

An axiom we adhere to, as one of the constants of our intervention model is to evolve our practice.

In organizations, the expectations of managers and employees are evolving. Today the question is no longer “How to work?”, but “Why work?”.

For those seeking answers to this question, we offer a workshop on Awareness of Collective Intelligence, which includes a Team Cohesion exercise.

The objective of this workshop is to understand, explore, and experience what Collective Intelligence is.

To make this training lively, meaningful, and interactive, we offer three specific and complementary pedagogical approaches:

  • theory,
  • practical application,
  • and situational exercises.

Collective Intelligence is not a specific tool but rather a sustainable process. The first intervention is dedicated to understanding through theoretical input:

  • the three dimensions of CI (cognitive, relational, and systemic),
  • the necessary conditions for implementing CI,
  • and the associated underlying values of CI.

A significant portion of the morning allows us to explore two tools perfectly suited to the day’s theme:

  • De Bono’s Hats
  • Election Without Candidates.

In sub-groups and guided by facilitators, participants familiarize themselves with the basic concepts of these tools by actively participating in practical exercises based on real situations.

The afternoon is devoted to a major group activity. Teams can experience Collective Intelligence through one of our Team Cohesion activities.

This situational exercise allows participants to have experiences highlighting the development and application of Collective Intelligence. In a safe environment, the postures, skills, and attitudes worked on during the morning are put into practice during this activity.

A debriefing concludes this training, to allow each individual to express the feelings and emotions experienced during this day.

Following this Awareness workshop, you and your team will be convinced of the need to increase Collective Intelligence within your organization. Therefore, Teamway suggests you continue with our Appropriation workshop, which focuses on mastering several specific methods and tools, and deepen your understanding with the Immersion workshop, which addresses the philosophy necessary for the development of Collective Intelligence.
