The objective of the Team Lab is to offer interventions that consider the specificities of the team. The commitment of all members is essential to achieving the objective.
Inspired by Shared Governance, our Team Lab tools and methods are perfectly adapted to current trends, which aim to (re)give meaning to one's work and develop employee autonomy while optimizing team efficiency.
Our support consists of alternating training and facilitation workshops, which prioritizes team self-management. It is indeed essential that the desired changes be implemented by the very people who will have to take responsibility for them.
Our Team Lab intervention evaluation process allows us to define your team's degree of maturity and its level of autonomy, so that it can achieve its objectives.
