Steve Muskens

Professional facilitator and trainer (FSEA certificate) with a management degree from the Lausanne Hotel School, Steve has twenty years of experience in group dynamics. He leverages his skills for those who wish to develop effective and lasting collaboration within their team, by prioritizing enjoyment and meaning at work.

Emilia Fernandez

Trained in mediation and coaching, Emilia supports individuals and teams in constructive dialogue when communication breaks down or when there are difficult matters to negotiate. She also offers training in conflict management and communication tools.

Christian Crettaz

Federal Adult Educator’s Diploma (BFFA – FSEA certified) and ensa certificate in adult-oriented mental health first aid (Pro Mente Sana), Christian has been involved with organizations for about twenty years. Trained in active listening and alternative governance models, he works with teams at different levels of maturity.
