100th FRESCO Team Building

3 Dec 2012

For the past 6 years, more than 2,500 people have participated in the FRESCO Team Building (approximately 100 different companies with groups of 15 to 35 people).

Participants in these workshops come from all economic sectors. They hold diverse professions and occupy positions at different hierarchical levels.

Fresco team cohesion activity

FRESCO involves creating a giant fresco as a team, composed of as many panels as there are participants. This activity requires no painting skills; success is primarily linked to communication, exchange, and cooperation among participants.

The connections and transfers to professional reality are relevant and observable. The fresco reflects the group’s dynamics and allows for a post-exercise review with the team (debriefing).

The concept of FRESCO Team Building promotes the engagement of each participant and encourages the achievement of a common goal, avoiding minimalism and competition among colleagues.

It should be noted that 100% of the 2,500 people played an active and interactive role during the development and creation of one or other of the frescoes.
