YOUR TEAM NEEDS…

...TEAMWAYLAB HAS DESIGNED THIS WORKSHOP FOR YOU!
THIS WORKSHOP TAKES INTO ACCOUNT BOTH PEOPLE AND CONTENT.
A team is a living, complex organism, constantly evolving.
In this workshop, the emphasis on human relationships stimulates individual energies and allows the team to develop in a supportive and secure environment.
A team that is provided with the necessary spaces and tools for each member to express their needs is a team that constantly innovates.
The facilitation approach emphasizes the contribution of each participant in achieving the objective the team sets for itself.
THE JOURNEY IS AS IMPORTANT AS THE DESTINATION, THE PROCESSES AS IMPORTANT AS THE RESULTS.
This workshop combines the realization of your ambitions with the acquisition of best practices.
As a result, the outcomes exceed expectations.
On the one hand, the team implements the necessary resources to achieve the objective; on the other hand, learning new communication and decision-making methods enables it to face future challenges autonomously.
WORKSHOP CONTENT
BEFORE THE WORKSHOP
During preparation, TeamwayLab conducts an environmental analysis with the client and relevant individuals, taking into consideration the intrinsic and extrinsic parameters of the team, in order to define the workshop objectives.

THE WORKSHOP
The workshop consists of seven modules over one day.

AFTER THE WORKSHOP
An eighth module dedicated to action follow-up allows the facilitator to measure and evaluate with the team the achievement of objectives. Based on the results obtained, he provides recommendations tailored to the situation.

WORKSHOP FLOW
One-day workshop from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM. (~8 full hours excluding breaks and meals)
One facilitator for a team of up to 8 people maximum.
From CHF 375.- per person, depending on team size. (excluding 7.7% VAT and logistics costs)
Workshop suitable for teams of 5 to 12 people.
To stimulate energy and optimize output, participants work successively in large groups, in sub-groups, and individually.
Simulation and stimulation exercises allow for exploring the team's potential and developing its collective intelligence. Specific spaces are dedicated to participants' anchoring and refocusing.
The workshop takes into account the cognitive, relational, emotional, and somatic dimensions of the team and its members.
An experienced facilitator ensures that the proposals and results obtained are developed by the people who will be responsible for them.
To maintain an accessible pace that considers each individual's attention and concentration limits, the workshop is punctuated by reflections, discussions, presentations, and collective decision-making.
