THE RECIPE FOR EFFECTIVE FEEDBACK

There is often a difference between “what we think of ourselves” and “what others think of us.” Even if this gap can sometimes seem immense, there is a way to bridge it: feedback. This is much more than a simple management tool. Used correctly and regularly, it guarantees quality relationships among team members.
