Participatory Meeting: Meeting Effectively

Participatory meetings are essential for the effective operation of organizations and team dynamics. Many decisions and actions are initiated in them. It is therefore essential to maximize individual engagement to be as effective as possible.

Context

There are many ways to meet. In most cases, meetings often fail to satisfy all participants, and what is decided and produced there then becomes difficult to implement. Our experience in conducting participatory meetings drives us to promote a unique model perfectly adapted to current challenges.
