Here in Geneva, Switzerland we are extremely lucky to be right next to the Swiss and French Alps aswell as the lesser-known Jura mountains. Our location enables us to provide enjoyable outdoor team building events year round.

Take for example a typical winter Team Building event for a group from a big international bank that entrusted the organisation of their team day last winter in Villars-sur-Ollon in the Swiss mountains.

The team, made up of top international managers had a their day specially customised objectives.

Leaving their hotel by funicular train, the team went up to the col de Bretaye (1810m) accompanied by Teamway staff. On arrival it was time to put on the snowshoes for a guided snowshoe trek in the fresh fallen snow. A local guide was at hand to give an insight into local wildlife and the surrounding area.

A nice 3-course lunch in a traditional mountain restaurant with impressive views and great service wrapped up the morning.

The afternoon took place not far from the restaurant and the group was in for a surprise.

Col de Soud

Igloo building.  A joint effort is needed in order to be able to complete the construction; organisation of the different tasks, solidarity and communication are all of upmost importance.

After 2.5 hours of hard work the team were overjoyed with what they had created!

Time now for mulled wine and the journey home.

Igloo building is adapted for groups from 10 to 200 people and is easily integrated into a Geneva conference, seminar or meeting, with venues as close as 30 minutes drive away.

In-depth debriefing of the activity is also available on demand for groups of upto 25 people.
